Today, I ate Okonomiyaki. there was noodle in the okonomiyaki and an egg on the top . But, when I made okonomiyaki　with my family, we don't use noodle. So, it was interesting.

     I searched about okonomiyaki, on the Internet and I noticed food that I recognize okonomiyaki is modanyaki !. Difference of these foods is way of cooking. When we made okonomiyaki, we roast dough firstly and then add cabbage, noodle, and egg. However, when we made modannyaki, before we roast these materials, we mix all materials except for noodle. 

     I want to eat various local okonomiyaki!!
