Hello, I'm Akari Miwa. This is the first time writing blog for me, so I 'm worried about that.😯

Anyway ,in the beginning , I will introduce people whom I respect: my father and my mother .

 First ,my father is a hard worker. He is interested in many fields, for example, economics, politics, history, AI, environmental problem, starvation. In addition, to study about that, he often read book in his free time. I respect his behavior very much.

Second, my mother is very kind. when I made her angry, she said "I am not going to make your lunch box tomorrow!!". But in the morning of the next day , she prepare my lunch box so that I can study as usual. I want to be kind woman like her.

I want to find more people whom I can respect in my life.☺

     I will introduce the country that I want to visit. I haven't been to a foreign country, so I have many countries that I want to go to.        First of all, I would like to travel to Canada, because I want to watch "aurora". I like to see some beautiful seeing, such as star, beautiful sea, beautiful forest. I was surprised at a lot of beautiful stars seen from Kagamiyama Park. Anyway, we can see beautiful aurora in Yellowknife in Canada, I want to go there!      Another interesting thing about Canada is Niagara Falls. This is made from three falls; Canada falls, America falls, and Bridal Bell falls. We can enjoy this sight not only at daytime, but also at night. Whole falls are illuminated, and there are fireworks in the summer.      Also, there is a lot of good food, so I will save money from now to go to Canada!!

      Today, I will talk about laughing !       Do you like to laugh? How do you often laugh?? I like to laugh and I often laugh 😊 I think laughing makes me happy even if I am disappointed. In addition, we can laugh for free anytime anywhere, so I think it is wasting not to laugh.      About 2 years ago, I saw a data that the more you laugh the longer you live. Firstly I doubt that, but actually laughing makes our immune system effective. I think Japanese proverb " waraukadonihahukukitaru" "yamaihakikara"   is  right!!      Finally, I introduce you two things that make you laugh. One is "スマイル”that is singed by Nana Mori.      Today I watched ted talks video "Sleeping with science", because I don't have enough time to sleep these days and I want to correct my sleeping style. In this video, there are 6tips about good sleeping. I want to introduce interesting 2 tips from the 6 tips.      First is "keep the room cool". Actually, we need to drop our core temperature by 1℃ to fall asleep and keep sleeping. In addition, cold is better for sleep than warm, and the best bed room temperature is about 18℃！ I think it is too cold because when I got up today, I felt that 19 ℃ was cold😬           Second is "wind down routine". falling asleep is not like switch but sunset. We become gradually sleepy, so we have to stop using smartphone or PC and do something relaxing 30 or 60 minutes before we go to bed .
